Features
One tool, three ways to look at the same work.
Project Table
Your projects as cards on a free-form table. Each card shows a health ring, the people on it, the next due date and an overdue warning. Arrange the cards however you like and pin favourites to a rail at the top. Your arrangement is yours alone.
Task mind-map
Dive into any task to see what is inside it, as deep as the work goes. Draw links so one task blocks another, switch on prerequisites so a parent stays locked until its parts are finished, and watch progress roll up from sub-tasks to the project.
The task panel
Click a task to open its panel: description, dates, a progress slider in steps of five, who leads it, who is assigned (people or whole groups), notes, and its links. Complete a task in one click, re-open it just as easily.
Timeline and milestones
The same tasks laid out against time, with a marker for today and diamonds for milestones such as a go-live date. Late work is coloured so it cannot hide.
People, groups and invitations
Four project roles - Owner, Manager, Team Member and Observer - plus a Task Lead on any task. Put people into groups and assign the whole group at once. Invite someone by email and they land in the right role when they accept.
Companies and workspaces
A company has an Owner, members and a logo. Its projects belong to the company, and its members move between them freely. Workspaces filter your table: Personal, one for each company, and Shared with me.
Themes
Dark by default, with a light theme one click away. Your choice is remembered on your account, and on this site for visitors.
Privacy
People see only what they are meant to see. When a task is hidden from someone but sits between tasks they can see, they get a plain ghost node that keeps the structure readable without revealing the details.
Try it yourself
No sign-up needed. The demo is shared with other visitors and resets every hour.
